One, Two, Plein Air for you
Ok, it’s going to be one of those days? Already swearing at the computer and wordpress. We begin again, having lost this post once. So hard on myself. I struggled with the above scene, frustrated that I couldn’t seem to break it into only a couple of large shapes. Hello? It’s ten million tiny rocks. The trees were irregular, but I learned that no matter how twisted they are, it’s best to reduce them to simple pine tree shapes. Didn’t really manage it, but maybe slightly better above than in the next day’s effort below.
